The cottage is located along the Aveyron river, on the hiking trail known as "la Loutre".

Nestled in the heart of an 8500m² parkland planted with fruit trees, this former sheepfold comprises a double bedroom and a mezzanine with two single beds. The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen with a conventional oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a large living room with a flat-screen TV and satellite cable, and a bathroom with a washing machine. No WIFI network (for a better disconnection experience but excellent 4G reception.
Outside, there is a large sheltered terrace for your meals with a BBQ, a garden lounge for relaxation and several relaxation spots on the property as well as 4 sun loungers.
Families with young children are welcome with a cot, a high chair, and a step stool for the sink.
Petanque balls, outdoor games for young and old and 2 adult bicycles are available for your use.

Optional : 1 boat for fishing or taking a trip on the Aveyron river.

Thanks to its "Fishing Label," the gîte is listed on the websites www.pechetarnetgaronne.fr and www.generationpeche.fr. La Bergerie will delight all anglers, amateur or experienced, with its private access. A refrigerator, rod holders, and a livewell are at your disposal.
You can swim in complete tranquility with a breathtaking view of the village and the Aveyron gorges.

The cottage is fully cleaned between bookings, which is why the cleaning fee is mandatory. It guarantees that the premises will be perfectly clean upon your arrival.

With more than twenty hiking, mountain biking or cycling routes, you will be spoiled for choice for outdoor activities such as: climbing, Via Ferrata, tree climbing, hang gliding, paragliding, swimming in rivers or pools, fishing, canoeing, tennis.
Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val is a medieval town located in the heart of a region renowned for its gastronomy, vineyards, and architectural treasures. A Carrefour supermarket is 300 meters away, and you'll find shops, artisan workshops, and a local, socially conscious grocery store, "Ateliers Occitans," opposite the Tourist Office. Restaurants are located in the village center, as well as several bookstores and a cinema, located at the "Place des Moines"
You will enjoy a peaceful stay: medical and paramedical practices welcome holidaymakers. The pharmacy, located on Place des Tilleuls, is open Monday to Saturday.
